EU Digital Services Act (DSA) Compliance — Regulation (EU) 2022/2065
Fitmy operates community features (Fitmy Connect) where users can post messages, share content, and interact. As a hosting service provider under EU Regulation 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), we are responsible for handling reports of illegal content and maintaining a safe community environment.
The following content is strictly prohibited on Fitmy: illegal content under EU or German law (including hate speech, incitement to violence, CSAM, terrorist content); harassment, bullying or threats; spam or commercial advertising; content that infringes third-party rights; medical misinformation that could cause harm; content that violates our Terms of Service.
To report illegal content or content that violates our policies, contact us at: contact@fitmy.ai. Please provide: a description of the content and why you believe it is illegal or violates our policies; the location of the content (channel name, approximate time); your contact information (optional but helpful).
All community messages undergo automated AI moderation for obvious violations. User reports are reviewed by our team. We may remove content, issue warnings, or suspend/remove accounts depending on the severity of the violation.
If your content was removed or your account restricted and you believe this was in error, you have the right to lodge a complaint. To appeal a moderation decision: write to contact@fitmy.ai with the subject "Moderation Complaint"; describe the removed content and why you believe the decision was wrong; provide relevant context or evidence.
For DSA-related communication from EU authorities or users, our designated contact point is: contact@fitmy.ai. We accept communication in English and German.
We are committed to transparency in our content moderation activities. As the platform grows, we will publish regular reports on content moderation actions taken, including the number of reports received, actions taken, and complaints processed.
