Fitmy provides personalized, AI-generated digital content (meal plans, training programs, and coaching) that is created instantly and tailored specifically to your profile. Once the service has been provided, the content is considered consumed and non-returnable.
All new users receive a 3-day free trial with full access to all Premium features. No fee is charged during the trial period. You must provide a valid payment method to start the trial, but no charge will be made until the trial ends.
As an EU consumer you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under § 312i BGB for distance contracts. However, since Fitmy delivers personalized, immediately available digital content, this right is waived upon registration when you expressly agree that the service begins immediately.
If you do not cancel before your trial expires, your chosen payment method will be charged the day after the trial ends. All fees are final and non-refundable.
You can cancel your subscription at any time on your profile page under Subscription Settings. Cancellation takes effect immediately — your Premium access remains until the end of your current billing period.
Regardless of the no-refunds policy, your statutory rights in case of defective performance remain unaffected. If the service is unavailable for a longer period or fundamentally malfunctioning, contact contact@fitmy.ai.
Deleting your Fitmy account does not automatically cancel your active Stripe subscription. You must cancel the subscription first and then delete your account.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in immediate account suspension and blacklisting.

EU consumers may use this form to exercise their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU and § 355 BGB.
